Never return an item without contacting us to obtain a returns reference. We adhere to all distance selling rules so if you return any unwanted item (*except made-to-measure formers), within 14 days of purchase you will receive a full refund minus any freight cost.
Any item returned after 14 days will be accepted solely at our discretion and will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
*We regret that made-to-measure shower tray formers cannot be returned or cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
