Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit / debit card payment in pounds sterling only.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may also place your order by phone.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We use Worldpay to process all credit or debit card payments. This is a secure and trusted systems and at no time do Koster Aquatecnic store any payment details.
All prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT at 20%. Prices for orders over £50 include express carriage to the UK mainland. Goods require a signature and cannot be left unattended. PLEASE NOTE: Orders under £50 are subject to a charge of £10 + VAT.
Orders placed online include delivery within mainland UK only. For deliveries to non-mainland destinations including Northern Ireland, please contact us to arrange.
Our aim is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Most products will be delivered within 3 working days, notable exceptions to this are made-to-measure shower tray formers (2 weeks) and shower enclosures (1 to 4 weeks).
All deliveries require a signature, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery company will leave a contact card. If no contact is made they will then attempt a second delivery the following day, if the second delivery is also unsuccessful they will return the goods to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us to make further delivery arrangements at your own cost. We therefore, strongly advise that you give a delivery address where you know somebody will be available to receive goods during normal working hours.
While we make every attempt to ensure all our products are always in stock, if your item is not in stock or is likely to be delayed for any other reason, we will endeavour to make contact and give you the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait.
Please check the number of packages received before signing for the goods, if there is any obvious damage or shortage then please bring this to the drivers’ attention and make a note to this effect when you sign. We request that you check the goods thoroughly as soon as possible after receipt and notify us of any damages or shortages within no more than 48 hours of delivery.
Please check carefully that your order is correct before proceeding. If any items arrive incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for replacements to be sent out. Never return an item without contacting us to obtain a returns reference. We adhere to all distance selling rules so if you return any unwanted item (*except made-to-measure formers), within 14 days of purchase you will receive a full refund minus any freight cost. Any item returned after 14 days will be accepted solely at our discretion and will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
*We regret that made-to-measure shower tray formers cannot be returned or cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
All goods sold in our online store are subject to an automatic manufacturer’s guarantee. You may contact us for specific details but the guarantee periods offered are as follows: Caroflow Shower Outlets 5 years, OTL Shower Tray Formers – 25 years, all other products – 10 years. In all cases the guarantee is limited to the value of the faulty goods originally supplied.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
